Nur Nabi killed, 2 injured in truck-easybike collision in Kalai

A man named Nur Nabi, 55, was killed and two others, including Enamul, were injured in a head-on collision between a truck and an easybike in Kalai upazila of Joypurhat.
The crash occurred beside a rubbish heap in the upazila’s Sowla area on the Joypurhat-Bogura highway on Saturday (31 October) evening.
According to local sources, the truck and the easybike collided head-on at the spot in the evening. Nur Nabi, 55, died at the scene. Enamul and another person travelling in the easybike were injured.
Locals later rescued the injured and arranged to send them to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital in Bogura for advanced treatment.
The highway crash left local residents grieving and concerned. However, the exact cause of the collision and the latest condition of the injured could not immediately be established.
